  • Black Angus Beef – Our Black Angus cattle are domestically raised on small Midwestern family-owned farms. Black Angus beef is known for being perfectly marbled and exceptionally tender.

  • Wet Aged Process – All of our Black Angus steaks are aged for minimally 28 days. This aging process increases the tenderness of the meat and rich beef flavor.

  • Hand Trimmed – Our steaks are trimmed by hand to ensure that you are getting a truly delicious steak, free from inedible fat and sinew, which means you can enjoy that steak from end to end with little to no waste.

  • Grass Fed / Grain Finished – Our Black Angus Cattle are free to roam and graze on grass during their lifetime and then they are grain finished. That grain finishing process produces a well-marbled, tender, juicy steak that our Black Angus beef is known for.

Black Angus Steaks Cooking Instructions

Grilling tends to be the method of choice for meat-lovers! Heat your grill to high (at least 450°F). Brush the steak with olive oil and rub with seasonings of your choice. Put the steak directly on the grill and reduce heat to medium. After 4-5 minutes, turn the steak over and cook 4-5 minutes on the other side. Let stand for about 5 minutes before cutting. *This will cook the steak to medium based on a ¾ to 1-inch steak. Adjust cooking time to your liking.

Pork Chops Cooking Instructions

Cooking Instructions: For best results thaw under refrigeration. Use within 3 - 5 days. Skillet: Lightly coat skillet with oil or cooking spray. Heat pan over medium high heat. Add product and brown 1 minute per side. Reduce heat to medium low, cover and cook for 6-9 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 150°F. Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place product on foil lined baking sheet. Cook for 12-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 150°F. Grill: Spray grill with cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium high. Grill product 4-5 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 150°F.

Atlantic Salmon Fillets Cooking Instructions

Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Defrost under refrigeration for 24 hours or under cool slow running water until fully thawed. Pan Sauté: Preheat medium size sauté pan to medium high heat. Add 1 tablespoon oil. Season salmon as desired. When pan is hot add salmon portion skin side up to pan and let sear for about 3-4 minutes. Turn over and cook for additional 4-5 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place salmon on nonstick baking sheet pan. Lightly coat salmon with oil or clarified butter and season as desired. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or to desired doneness.

Tilapia Stuffed With Crabmeat Cooking Instructions

Recommended: For best results, cook from thawed. Oven Baked from Thawed: Remove frozen Tilapia from vacuum package and thaw under refrigeration. Preheat oven to 350°F for 10 minutes. Place Tilapia onto a nonstick baking sheet pan and lightly coat with olive oil or butter flavored cooking spray. Place sheet on middle rack of oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit 2-3 minutes prior to serving. Oven Baked from Frozen: Preheat oven to 350°F for 10 minutes. Remove Tilapia from vacuum package and place on a nonstick baking sheet pan, lightly coated with olive oil or butter flavored cooking spray. Place on middle rack of oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for 2-3 minutes prior to serving. Cook until product reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.

Black Angus Smashed Burger Cooking Instructions

Preparation Instructions: Can be cooked from frozen or thawed state. Cook to an internal temperature of at least 165°F or until all pink is gone from the interior and from any juices. Grill or Broil: Grill or Broil for 5-6 minutes per side until internal temperature reads 165°F. Pan Fry: Preheat a small amount of cooking oil in non-stick pan over medium heat. Add burgers, pan fry for 6-8 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
