As a family-owned company, we have been supplying world-class cuts of responsibly raised meats to white tablecloth restaurants for over 40 years.

We believe in transparency, and we work together with family farms and producers around the country to ensure our rigorous standards are met. All beef and poultry is antibiotic, hormone, and steroid free; seafood is wild caught or sustainably raised; and every cut of our premium black Angus steak has been dry aged for a minimum of 28 days. All cuts are hand trimmed, flash frozen, and individually sealed for your convenience.
