King of the grill. Black Angus Sirloin Steaks pack a ton of tender, juicy flavor in a package ideal for grilling – outdoors or in. So good, you can hang a steakhouse sign outside your door! Juicy, marbled and beefy, our Trusted Butcher Sirloin Steaks will not disappoint!

  • Black Angus Beef – Our Black Angus cattle are domestically raised on small Midwestern family-owned farms. Black Angus beef is known for being perfectly marbled and exceptionally tender.

  • Wet Aged Process – All of our Black Angus steaks are aged for minimally 28 days. This aging process increases the tenderness of the meat and rich beef flavor.

  • Hand Trimmed – Our steaks are trimmed by hand to ensure that you are getting a truly delicious steak, free from inedible fat and sinew, which means you can enjoy that steak from end to end with little to no waste.

  • Grass Fed / Grain Finished – Our Black Angus Cattle are free to roam and graze on grass during their lifetime and then they are grain finished. That grain finishing process produces a well-marbled, tender, juicy steak that our Black Angus beef is known for.

  • Flash frozen & Individually Vacuum-Sealed – Each steak is flash frozen once cut and this fast freezing process means when you thaw out your steak, it will taste just as fresh as the day it was first cut. We individually vacuum seal each steak in cryovac packaging. This packaging is convenient so you can take out what you need, when you need it. It also extends the shelf life of the product – up to 12 months when kept frozen.

Grilling tends to be the method of choice for meat-lovers! Heat your grill to high (at least 450°F). Brush the steak with olive oil and rub with seasonings of your choice. Put the steak directly on the grill and reduce heat to medium. After 4-5 minutes, turn the steak over and cook 4-5 minutes on the other side. Let stand for about 5 minutes before cutting. *This will cook the steak to medium based on a ¾ to 1-inch steak. Adjust cooking time to your liking.
